  • I Am Unsure About My Size; What Should I Do?

  • I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?
    We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchases. That's why we're happy to facilitate an exchange if you need a different size. However, we can only replace items that have arrived defective or damaged - if the item is not the right fit, we can help you exchange it for the correct size. To get the exchange process started, send us an email at Support@simplelife-apparel.com before you send the item back. Let us know what you need, and we'll provide the details on where to ship the item. We'll be sure to get that exchanged item out to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make the shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as we can. Please note that the return shipping costs to our warehouses are at the buyer’s expense. We are responsible for the return only if the product is faulty or incorrect. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. It's also worth noting that we don't refund any shipping costs.

These charges are something we don't have any control over, as they can really vary depending on the country's policies. To avoid any surprises, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office beforehand to get an idea of what those potential fees might be.   • How Do I Place An Exchange or Return?
    Here at our store, we always strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy - you have 30 days from the date your item arrives to send it back if you're not completely satisfied. Now, the one thing to keep in mind is that you'll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. We know return shipping can sometimes be a bummer, but we want to be upfront about that so there are no surprises. If you have any other questions about our returns or anything else, our friendly customer service team is always happy to help! Just let us know how we can make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes an item just doesn't work out, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy here at our store. However, it's important to keep in mind that after that 30-day window has passed, we're unfortunately unable to provide a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. Your refund will then be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 14 days. If you haven't received your refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
